Βαθμίδες και εξετάσεις


Στη σχολή μας υπάρχουν 7 βαθμίδες (Kyu) μέχρι τη μαύρη ζώνη. Εφόσον επιθυμείτε να συμμετέχετε σε εξετάσεις, στην πρώτη σας εξέταση εξετάζεστε για 7ο Kyu. Η επόμενη εξέταση είναι μετά από 6 μήνες. Στις μεγάλες βαθμίδες (2ο, 1ο Kyu) οι εξετάσεις απέχουν τουλάχιστον 9 μήνες προπόνησης και είναι υποχρεωτική η παρακολούθηση επιμορφωτικών σεμιναρίων που διοργανώνει η οργάνωση μας (Hellenic Aikido Aikikai) για τις βαθμίδες αυτές.
